So as of now I am 3 months on T and I literally have a whole light beard, I got hair on my chin, my cheeks and my jaw but it's light, my mustache is the only thing getting darker right now, is there like a stage for facial hair?

Like every young man going through puberty, it takes years for Testosterone to produce a full beard.

In my previous life, I started to grow facial hair at age 14. By the time I was 18, I had a full beard. Be patient young man.

My hair didn't start to be it's 'final color' until about a year and a half. 3 months is really early, it'll take a while sadly.

I'm (mostly) African-American, but my hair came in either really light or kinda dark, depending on where.

I'm 15 months on T, and my beard is not only still spotty, but my mustache is really light still as well.  Everyone's different.  They're right, 3 months isn't very long.  Just keep at it, hopefully it'll happen for you!

Yeah my mustache is the only thing getting dark right now, it's pretty noticeable but I already had hair on my lip pre T, I know it's not long but that's really dependent on genetics, as I said a few months ago one of my boys who is also T has facial hair all around and his is dark.

My oldest brother is gorilla hairy ::) (his words) me, my dad and my second older brother
Were not to gifted in the hair gene despite my bro has hairy arms and legs and my dad has a face full of beard.

I so far got a small stache and some side burns going on.
I just started using Minoxidil today.
I hate my baby face so much.

Like you, I had some hair pre T and now 5 months going on 6 my mustache is getting thicker and I am getting side burns. It'll work out bro.

I'll let you know how the minox worked out lol

It didn't and it won't.  My beard is just as light as my hair. The beard gets continuously more scratchy and fuller but the colour has not changed one bit since it started to grow and honestly it would look dump if my beard got darker than the hair on my head anyway.

While I'm white, my natural hair colour is dark brown (almost black) and my beard started out blonde as well, so I know what you mean. It took about 1,5-2 years for it to get to that dark brown colour for me. However, I'm now 5,5 years on T and I still have a lot of light blonde hairs in my mustache and the hairs that connect to my goatee while the rest grows out solid dark brown.

My blonde streaks seems to stay like that. It almost looks like I'm greying very prematurely (I'm 28) cause of the strong contrast. But mostly it looks like my beard is much thinner than it actually is, cause the light blonde is very close to my skin colour. However I dye my beard and hair black to give it a more even tone and to look fuller, so I just notice it starts looking weird again when I've been slacking with the dyeing. It's actually quite common for cis guys to end up having multi-coloured beards, and is probably a reason why things like beard dyes exist.

All the men in my family/relatives are hairy and have thick facial hair. My father has always had a full beard since I was a kid, my uncle always has a strong 5 o'clock shadow, but I have no brothers. All my male relatives except from one kept their head hair too, so I really can't complain about my hair genes! So far I do have mostly quite thick facial hair as well, and it grows very evenly, however cheeks and front of my chin is still thin. My profile picture shows I have a low cheek-line. Most of that hair is very curly, thick and coarse but is finer in the more sparse areas. But I've also probably got a couple more years to give it, even though more hairs come in much slower now.

Most likely your facial hair will even out in colour over time, but some of the blonde could end up being persistent. However that happens to some cis guys too.

My facial hair has been getting lighter lately. I don't know if it's because of the supplements I'm taking or age or what. But this is new.

From the time I started puberty it took mine 27 years to turn kind of dark.  Even then I had to dye it to fill in all the hairs that were still light.
