That is what my wife was told by a person we met a few weeks ago. I'm not quite sure what was meant by the compliment, but it's sure nice to be called beautiful, even if it is the wrong gender.

I understand completely, the satisfaction from receiving compliments. Especially when you have never heard anything like it before. At my support groups Christmas party, a woman came over and said I looked stunning. Somehow my linebacker physic looked especially nice in a little black dress. I don't get it, but I'll take it. Just savor the moment. Enjoy.

Indeed a complement, we have to take the little things and hold them close and use them to continue this journey when things are tougher!

...it makes me smile to know its me, fearful about losing the good things in my life, anxious about every single step, doubting my resolve, determined to stop living a lie,  VERY hopeful for the future as myself, Marcie, and I am thankful to have this safe place
