So... I started on the lowest dose of estrodial with spirolactone. I notice breast growth within the week. Nipples darken and everything was changing.

Once a week, I get severe pains in my breast on either side to the point where I am crying, then it goes away, then I get super hungry!!!

I also found out if I do breast and chest massages before the pain gets too severe, the pain is dull, and goes away faster.

Now I have a new problem. After the massage, my breast will feel less tensed, which is good, softer, but they feel hot! As in temperature! Not a big deal, but curious as to why.

I cannot sleep on my stomach anymore. They always hurt!!! Accidentally get them tapped? They hurt. Someone hugged me too hard? Hurt. Running on the track, slow down they hurt. Brought a sports bra? Hurt but not as much. I cannot win...

I made an appointment with the doctor to get a check up

Hi 🙋‍♀️ Jessica again.  I felt breast activity early on too.  Starting with a tenseness, tingling and what felt like "growing".  And that's what they were doing.  Periods of tingling, itching, aching, hurting, throbbing, burning are common for me.  I take it as a good sign and something to be happy about.
If you have concerns that it's more than that, please visit your doctor.

Six months in, and pretty much from day one breast pain has been my constant companion. Its them growing. A padded bra helps for the unexpected encounters. Just don't let your kid jump on your chest....  :o

I understand that there is suppose to be pain, but this pain is unbearable sometimes! My therapist keeps telling me that it should all go away in a year, but for the pain to make me cry?

Am I just more sensitive???

I have no clue if you are possibly super-sensitive right now - which would be my best guess - but I will say if your pain is truly as excruciating as you say or gets worse, you could check with your doctor.

My sister teased me as I developed that I had a much easier time than she did. For the first few months, I had all the sensations Jessica described (tingling, itching, aching, hurting, throbbing, burning - sometimes separately or all together at once) at times but the growing pains never seemed to overwhelm me unless I tried to sleep on my belly or (duh) my boobs were hit or bumped. During this period I had to keep reminding myself I was essentially going through puberty all over again.

About the same time as I could really fill an A cup, I was offered a message as part of a day spa session. I cannot say there was no discomfort but the gentle pressure and new fullness on my chest were pleasant feelings. After the message, it seems the growth pains started fading away. YMMV

Really recognize the pain you're describing, just not as painful. The pain lasted very frequently for the first 6-8 months. After that, the frequency dropped to about having breast pain once a week.

Being extremely sensitive can be a side effect of low levels of E.
I would advise checking you're hormone levels with your doctor.
