i've been taking < not allowed> for a little under a month and < not allowed > (mostly for hair regrowth) for about a week.  no real changes yet.  but i've read mixed reviews of both and i was wondering if anyone found either of these two supplements effective? or if i should just stop taking them all together... i don't have money for a therapist right now. if i should stop PM and/or SP is there anything better that i could get ahold of over the counter or online? eventually i will go to a therapist once i have money but that could be quite a few months from now
