At about a year, I decided to get my feet professionally measured as I was going to need a new pair of work boots. I have been a EE width for that past 30 years, having lived with short and wide feet. She measured me and I was a D width, but still the size 9.5 I have always been. The only thing that changed was my chemistry.
I asked my endo and she mentions muscle loss thinned my feet some and it was normal. Prior to the measuring, I had thought my feet were getting longer, but the length never changed...just the appearance due to the thinning.
