Travel Insurance for Thailand

I'm heading to Thailand in a couple of weeks for my SRS and I've realised I need to get myself some travel insurance.

I live in the U.K. and most insurance seems to exclude medical tourism.

I don't suppose anybody knows of any providers who will cover me?
