There's a Japanese doctor that performs this surgery it would be a difficult procedure but I am very motivated to do it. I saw on some forums that a girl was communicating back and forth with him. How??

I would definitely... DEFINITELY want to talk to post op patients, and not ones cherry picked.  Considering the design of the clavicle in relationship to the body itself, shortening it would carry some serious disability potential... of both arms.  Not to poopoo anything, but... definitely do your due diligence in research in this one.

Welcome to Susan's Place. There was a thread about this in the last year or so and from my point of view, it's not a desirable surgery. One of the problems with it is afterward the arms don't hang along side the body and are forced outward by the chest. The information was in japanese so I couldn't read it but I also suspect the recovery would be long and painful as it involves major bone work on both sides of the body.
