OSAKA--A man recently indicted over illegally dumping women's underwear in other people's houses after himself wearing the garments will be rearrested on suspicion of murdering a woman at a hotel in Osaka in 1994 following DNA analysis of the articles, The Yomiuri Shimbun has learned.
