I know this has been discussed to death but I need clarification of my own.

After SRS did anyone notice more changes that your pre-op androgen blocker couldn't provide? Like decreased body hair and increased fat distribution etc?

I still have a little body hair and I'm wondering if I should just relax on the laser hair removal and see what happens after SRS...but I also don't wanna waste precious time that I could be using to get rid of the hair... :/

Help!

6 months post-op, coming up on 2 years of HRT, and I am getting more fat redistribution, better hip/waist visual appearance.  I am also getting more breast development if the constant soreness is any clue!

Most of the swelling is gone, and sensation has returned to much of the surgery site.  The right labia and mons are still rather numb.  I understand that this may take several more months.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

I am 2 years post-op and 3 years on HRT. Hair below the neck is still slowing diminishing. Facial hair needs electrolysis. Fat under the skin is increasing on my thighs and buttocks and not so much elsewhere. Deep interstitial fat is slowly diminishing mainly due to diet and exercise.

well.. Not sure if I should share my experiences, but.. I started getting cramps and overmucousy vaginal secretions.. lol.  Letsee other body changes? My head hair thickened, but that was because I got on a reliable source of HRT.  My bones got thinner (yay me).   Oh I also had an occasional UTI. However surgery solved my incontinence issue I had before. (Things were messed up before).

Nevermind i'm a bad example of what can happen.  I don't follow any rules.

Umm.. I don't feel like my post called for talk of vaginal secretions, UTI, incontinence etc..?

I removed it.. but you were discussing changes post surgery I do believe? Correct me if I'm wrong.  Those are changes.  W/E.  Ask a public question, get a public answer.

But what does a UTI and incontinence have to do with body hair and fat distribution? I'm confused. You did read my original post, right?
