You're in the best position to judge what's going on.  It's very hard for people just reading your comments to really understand the situation.  If she's telling others I imagine she will come out to you sooner than later.

I agree with the general consensus here. I wouldn't discuss anything trans-specific with her until she broaches the topic.

That said, I would imagine that eventually there'll come a time when it's an appropriate conversation topic. But I would let that time come naturally.
