fingers crossed i should be getting hormones this year,

the problem is is that i suffer from Gilbert's syndrome, which makes me fatigued and jaundiced. Does anyone know if there are any complications with HRT and if there are if there is any way to overcome it?

You need to make sure the doctor who is giving you the prescription for HRT is aware of all your medical conditions.  That way they can try to be sure not to complicate existing conditions.
