Something weird happening

I have had a weird occurrence happen over the course of the last several months.  The first couple times I thought it was a UTI.  Now I'm questioning what is going on.  The symptoms:

My urine would turn a pinkish color, and looked like I was bleeding
My stomach area cramped up
I got cranky for no reason
When I got to the doctor, the blood was not present in my urine
The cramps were gone
My cranky attitude was gone
The urine test showed no sign of infection

None of this makes sense to me.  I've been on HRT for around a two years.  My Estrogen level was 264pg/mL.  I am taking a low does of Estradiol.  It was reduced by 1mg after my last test. (I can remove the reduction number if it violates the rules)

Dear Artesia:
That is indeed weird...  you did the right thing by going to your doctor with those apparent and strange issues going on.
I would hope that your doctor told you to go in again for follow up tests later on .... and of course if the symptoms return you should go in immediately.
Other than that I have very little additional advice or thoughts to share with you.

Please stay on top of this.

Hugs, and wishing your well.
Danielle

It happened again just last week.  The symptoms have cleared up and my appointment is Thursday.  They will once again find nothing wrong.

My fiancé thinks I need to have an MRI or Ultrasound done to check for extraneous parts or cancer.  I don't know if cancers effects would be intermittent.

Next time it happens, save a sample.  Keep it in the fridge until you can see your doctor.

That is a good idea.  Thank you.  I'll just have to find a sterile holding cup to keep with me.

It could easily be a small kidney stone that caused irritation. That would certainly explain pink fluid and pain.  I have had this experience.  I had several before it was bad enough for me to have checked out.

I had a similar ongoing situation years ago with pink fluid, no pain though.  After a good year of tests, scans, etc. I had a prostate biopsy and cancer was found.  I elected for removal and the issue when away.  At first my urologist insisted it couldn't be prostate but I persisted as it was taking an emotional toll on me.  Best of luck.

But now old friends they're acting strange
They shake their heads, they say I've changed
Well something's lost, but something's gained
In living every day.

Just don't use an apple juice bottle.   :D
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Started HRT April 17, 2019.

well I dont want to state the obvious but pink urine might be pockets of blood (which was your first thought too so). Im not a doctor just someone who knows things, but yeah make sure you get a sample no matter how diluted it may end up. If it is kidney stones that should show up in most test (and there might not be much they can do other than let them pass). hmm this is a head scratched, if it every gets really bad dont hesitate to go to a ready clinic or hospital.

I just had a cancer screening for prostate about a year ago.  The colonoscopy also came back clean.  No testicular cancer detected either.  Kidneys are the only thing I've not had checked.

Next time your at your doctors office, ask for a sample cup or two. My roommate had UTIs all the time so we would keep a few collection cups around and when we though she had a problem, she would collect a sample and drop it off at the doctors office. The doctor would then phone in a prescription and the process saved waiting to see a doctor. There might be a followup visit to verify how the prescription was working but scheduling the appointment wasn't a must have now affair.
