How did you possibly get cervix from what Dana was asking? The cervix is at the opening of the uterus and is a distance from the vaginal opening, and is certainly not a piece of skin... and it is most definitely not below the urethra.

      If I understand your question, you're asking what is used to create the top of the vaginal cavity.  Based on my understanding of the generic penile inversion procedure, it is the urethra which is used to form the top of the cavity, sutured to the skin of the penis shaft.

I think the OP may have altered the original post before it locked. That is not what I remember responding to but then again, my memory isn't always the best. Editing your own post doesn't leave a log entry however should I touch anybody else's post, it logs all over the place. It does leave a log of the edit if someone has already replied, as you can see in kat69's post above.
