I have been on HRT for more than two years now and is experiencing muscle weakness. I can't even hold a plank without my arms wobbling and trembling.  :-\

I haven't exercised for a while now and started doing pilates. I also developed scoliosis and it sucks.

I don't know if this weakness of the muscles is normal for woman. I also suffer from muscle pain and spasms these days.

It is not normal for women.  It is normal for anyone, man or woman, who hasn't exercised in a while.

Love is not obedience, conformity, or submission. It is a counterfeit love that is contingent upon authority, punishment, or reward. True love is respect and admiration, compassion and kindness, freely given by a healthy, unafraid human being....  - Dan Barker
