Something for FTM trans folks

Hey you since I'm still technically female I just gonna give advice to FTM peeps... if you're not ready to use a binder yet- try a sports bra,  it makes my breast look smaller without feeling uncomfortable!

Sportsbras are good if your chest is on the smaller size to begin with. Sportbras in my size are hard to find. But I did that too before I took the step over to binding. The chest got a tiny bit smaller. But wearing a bra when not binding is a must for me, or my chest and back will hurt. I'm a size 85 G in Swedish measures. Dysphoria deluxe with the bra and without.

I'm happy you found a way to lower your dysphoria. Keep finding and fighting your way through the dysphoria jungle.
