Orchiectomy without letter

I'd like to know and urologist who doesn't require psyscho or psych letter top procedure an inginal bilateral orchiectomy in Europe. Anyone knows about someone. Thank you

I'm on HRT since 18 months now and had FFS two monts ago but I' too lazy to go to have different letters from psychiatrist and psychologist and make the procedure slower
