Need Help - FreeTom prosthetics

Hello everyone!

I really need help because i'm getting scared. So i have made my first order on FreeTom site and i was very excited about getting my first 4 in 1 (i have order PAINTED NEW GEN 2 NATURAL 6.5" 4 IN 1). So i have paid, receive the email, supposedly everything was fine. In there web site its announced they will ship 1-4 business days after you purchase. So... here comes the BIG problem : i have made my order on 2 Jun, and its now 11 Jun and the order stills 'unfulfilled'.

I have send 2 emails, but no answer. I have made several posts on twitter but they delete all.

What is happening ? Can some one help me please ? Its this normal ?

Hello Mcesher00,   I do not have the answer to your questions but I am certain that other members here will be along that can help you.

But, first, thank you for writing your posting here on the Susan's Place Forums.
It is great to see that you have taken the step to become a member of Susan's Place and that you have shared your  question here.

I have no reason to order from them but I suspect I know what the problem is as I use online ordering a lot. Normally when they give you a shipping date like 5 days, its 5 Business days. This means if there is a weekend or holiday between the time they receive the order and when they say they will ship, it will take that much longer. In addition, it may sit in the shipping room an extra day or two waiting for a pickup because the order was finished at 3PM but the shipper made their pickup at 1PM. If you have shipping notification on the order, It would be best to wait at least a week before you hit the panic button.

Thanks for the help !!! i already edited the post, because i have written 6 Jun but it was on 2 JUN !!!! So, panic button hahahah

The guys haven't been hanging around much lately, possibly because the start of summer means they have better things to do at the moment. In addition, the guys are greatly out numbered by the girls so there aren't that many around. It's possible may of the current crop are considering surgical alternatives and some get dysphoric with a prosthetic because it reminds them of what they are lacking.

I have seen times when this are was very active with discussion but lately it hasn't been very active. Have you used the site search to look for other reports? To do so, enter the area you wish to search and place your text in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The site search doesn't work well to search the entire site but it's great when used to search limited areas of the site.

Hello,

It depends on which one you bought and in which section of the website. I know that most of them are not "in stock and ready to ship" models.
Except for the clearance sales one, which I got a few years ago.
The regular ones stock once a month.. they take time to make them, and if you choose to get a painted one it adds 8 days to my experience.

thanks for your help. i feel very bad about this, its my money and they don't say nothing. 3 emails and not even one reply. in twitter  the same. My order was on 2 June, and until now...nothing... i have chosen the roge 6.5' painted. they say in their web site it takes 4 week days to ship. but its a profound lie. they play with the money of people like me, and not even one reply saying 'sorry for the delay' or 'we dont have stock, so please just wait some weeks'. But no...nothing.

I feel you man! Be prepared for a long wait.... At least you can be sure that they ship out their items. Sorry I don't have anything better to say.
If you emailed them... that also takes very long to reply (in my experience).
