Hi,

Has anybody experienced their hormones/treatment being tampered with within the NHS?

For example,
Blatant errors in blood tests.
Signs of de-transitioning: female orgasms reverting to male, hair growth on the chest, hot flushes, production of sperm etc.

I've probably raised this issue before but it's important for the trans community to be aware of before taking that route...private and public treatment for GID isn't interchangeable once one path is taken.

I would be most perturbed if the tampering you are suggesting is happening.

Frankly I have thought for years that with literally thousands of Blood Tests under NHS taken every day, there must be some mistakes due to human error.

However anything intended as resistance is absolutely unjustified and disgraceful.

As regards your final point surely it is interchangeable as many UK members of Susans' including me are registered privately with GenderGP or another private organization for therapy and HRT before either our local NHSGP takes over HRT in conjunction (Shared Agreement) with the private or until we are regularly monitored by NHSGIC?

As we know there is always a very long wait at NHSGICs and many prefer to use private as "bridging system".

I truly hope what you suspect is not happening.

Hugs to you

Pamela
