https://imgur.com/a/P9ZBNql I was thinking of ffs after a year or two on hrt, what would be best to work on? How is my face structure? Also what should I work on more? Thank you all amazing people in advance. Also please ignore facial hair, I'm trying to get rid of it with a ipl home machine but with no success, also am getting razor burns :(

Your facial structure looks good.
Your nose is a bit large though and your brow ridge is noticeable in some shots.

Thank you for your comment, I too think that a nose job would be nice, though I didn't remark the brow ridge, maybe if its possible I will have it worked on also. I will see first my base after hrt and then see what can be done on my facial structure. I hope though that I won't have to do any surgery of that kind.
