Freaking out! Help me please!

Hi guys! I've been away because my IP or host is banned. Now that I'm traveling to Spain to have Miotenofasciotomia Selectiva done by Dr Igor Nazarov, I can finally log in. I'm 5 days away from being 3 months on T. I have my shot every 2 weeks, on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I had to have my last shot done Thursday morning because my dad was home all day Wednesday and he doesn't know I'm transitioning. He's verbally and physically abusive, so I'd rather not tell him.... Anyway, my period came Friday night. I don't understand why and what's going on. I'm terrified and I can't contact my doctor... Is this normal? And could I pull off a minimally invasive surgery without telling my surgeon about T? Same reason, I'm afraid my dad will know. My endocrinologist saw my bloodwork and said that from her point of view, there's no reason for me to stop T before surgery. My family doctor saw the results as well and didn't think anything is wrong. (she doesn't even know I'm trans. She's old school and wouldn't tolerate it) I also have emailed the bloodwork results to Spain before leaving and they didn't comment on anything, other than the fact that I have a cold. I know it's a bunch to read, but it's almost 5 am where I am and I haven't slept much. Forgive my errors

I'm glad you are able to join us again here.  I think that not telling your physician all your meds before any procedure is unwise.  They need to know everything in case of an emergency.

I would guess that T or no T does not matter. Cis guys have op too. They don't stop producing T just because of an op.

But I DON'T KNOW. I've heared some people need to get off T for chest op. So I don't know. Try getting hold of a doc.

I'd tell your doctor...or get a new one if the old one's so old-fashioned.  Your doctors need to know what's going on with you, especially if you're underage.

I don't know what " Miotenofasciotomia Selectiva" is, since when I googled it, it came up in Spanish, but even a minor operation shouldn't mean you stop your T.  Again, I'd talk to your surgeon about it, they would know what's best.

First let me say that I'm sorry and that i've felt your pain more than once. The answer however is yes its completly normal. from the way i understood it you missed a dose and then could dose the next time around thats nearly 4 weeks without T. this means that now your body(whish doesnt produce T naturally) start perducing estragen and next in line come the unforgiving period.
