Verizon's Support for California Nonprofit Groups Exceeds $8 Million in 2007

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon pledged more
than $8 million to California nonprofits this year for programs that will
combat domestic violence, improve healthcare and promote education in
