Hey Gals,

The last few weeks I've been experiencing upper back pain, always in the exact same spot. Can HRT cause such a thing? Bit worried!

Thanks,
~ Claire ~

HRT shouldn't cause it unless it's a DVT however a more likely explanation is you pulled a muscle possibly because of your loss of strength. If it's a muscle, they can take weeks to stop hurting. You might want to have a doctor check it out to be sure.

Hard to say. Is it shoulder blade, center of back, neck. Kind of hard to diagnose but if it's bothersome or persistent then a doctor should be consulted

I get a TMJ flare up within 20 minutes after each estrogen shot.  My jaw starts clicking and popping loudly, and muscles tense up all over my head.

I don't know what causes it, but I know it is TMJ and not something else.
