After reading your post that you had something healthy like your veggie plate... I hate to admit to you about my choice for dinner tonight.
I had a late and long lunch today so dinner is not in the cards... but I think I will change into my sweats and put in a DVD movie and do some snacking tonight...

Note: my forums friends @LizK and @Sonja just might agree with my snack choice!!!

.... Oh, and @Michelle_P, your deep dish Pizza looks great, perhaps we could combine and share our "meals" together with @ChrissyRyan .... then we would have all the food groups.

... LICOURICE ALLSORTS ... they are my favorite brand from Australia hence the Aussie spelling on the package ... American spelling "Licorice" ... I discovered them when I was on vacation in Australia last year in January... now I happily order them online.

It's broiled eel served over sushi rice with green onions and unagi sauce. If you've ever had unagi sushi it's the same sort of sauce that gets drizzled over the sushi.

Its a very tender fish and when you mix this whole mess up it's really tasty.

Haven't had that in years, but it can be addictive if you like seafood - The unagi sauce gives it that perfect combination of salty and sweet as it is soy sauce mixed with sugar and sweet wine, Very tasty

Tonight my ToothFairy#4 invited me to dinner at her home along with a few other ladies from our gym-gals group.

We are going to have dinner together and a fun evening with a few card games and lots of very enjoyable conversation.

Everyone will be bringing something to share.
This morning I just made my famous Pineapple Upside-down Cake for our dessert with fresh whipped cream.
