I planned Chili Verde (ala Bobby Flay's recipe) for tonight but my spouse suggested Chinese take out!  Which I'd much rather have.

Chili saved for tomorrow.  Tonight salt and pepper chicken, fried rice and chowmien (Chicken of course!) with crunchy noodles!

Yesterday it hit 95 degrees here. I decided that I would NOT turn on my oven. So I went a got a pizza. I have leftover pizza in the fridge. Tonight, we have our monthly Resident Council meeting here at the apartments, and they feed us with pizza.
