Not quite , it was a prepped extra large one from supermarket. 1.2kg so will last a few dinners.

I have eaten a lot of different foods the last several weeks for sure. Although I could try to remember everyday I will not try to make a post for each day as that would be late and likely not that interesting, as I have no recipes or pics to post.

However there have been many nice meals and I even lost a pound overall.

Last night I had salmon.

I wonder what I will eat today?  Any good ideas out there for seafood or maybe an ethnic food?

A first for me too. Despite eating curry sice the 70s I'd not tried Paneer. It's an Indian white soft cheese with a tofu like texture when cooked. Nice but a bit spicy for me as I've lost my tolerance for hot food as I got older

When I was younger and we had a get-together playing cards all night, the next morning was pizza warmed on top of a toaster and washed down with a warm beer... for breakfast.  ;D

Friday I had turkey kielbasa.

Not as good as traditional kielbasa.  Fewer calories though.

Currently, I have chicken in a slow cooker drowning in Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce.
I'm not sure what I will have with it, but... yum!
