THURSDAY I ended up just driving home and I had a salad.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Friday I met my sweetie and she and I enjoyed Italian food, her a fettuccine entree and me a meat lasagna.  Then we went over to her place and enjoyed dessert.

I hope you both enjoyed "dessert"! Was Thai green chicken curry with mushrooms and mangetout the last 2 days, tonight its beef cooked in whole spices.

Yes, dessert was fresh, warm, moist, and very tasty.  Cupcakes.

By the way, what are whole spices?  Is that like leaves and seeds of spice plants?

Cinnamon sticks, cardamom seeds ,dried chillies and cloves with crushed ginger and garlic cooked in yogurt  .
 Its slow cooked for an hour and is very tasty but not hot spice.

Saturday I was able to be with my sweetie again for a walk in the park followed by dinner.  We had ribeye and NY steaks.  Then we again went to her place and had dessert.  Delicious.

Home alone dinner:  carry out Chinese Moo Goo Gai Pan, fried rice, and an egg roll.
The chicken and mushrooms tasted pretty good.

For tonight I am doing a slow cooker beef stew, fried off some onion and sealed the beef first then chopped some potatoes and carrots. It all went in the cooker along with some mushrooms, 2 beef stock cubes and some gravy granules with enough water to cover. Might make some dumplings as I have suet.
