Macys
Victoria secret
Buckle

I've been told, but haven't been in
Torrid
Lane Bryant
Forever 21

I'm wanting to know more especially for the central ohio area. Or even around the area. I'm down to travel to shop and stuff..

My first in store purchases were from Target.  Their inventory system allows me to see what they have in stock at my local store.  I had doubts on my ability to make wise in-store choices just starting out.

I've been in Torrid in male mode several times and never had any issues...even used the fitting room several times.

I can add for good experiences:

Nordstorm / Nordstrom Rack
Target
DSW
Steve Madden
Payless
H&M
Loft
Ecco
Clarks

From your list I have been to:
Various Macys
Victoria Secret (also various stores)

Given that I live in a very accepting area, I never had any issues. Hm. Also seems a lot of stores are shoe stores. Wonder why ;D. I am sure there are more I went too but these are some of the regulars I go too. With my special sizing needs, online shopping is always my second option.

Hugs,

Sarah

I only have like 2 stores in my area. but I can tell you that from experience, JcPennys workers are more than happy to help. in fact, one store worker took it as a personal challenge to get me a cute outfit when I walked in and said I want a cute outfit to wear that is girly. she was super helpful, and I ended up with these cute denim shorts a roseprint belt, and a black shirt(I wish a midriff was viable, but she told me that you need some level of breasts to wear those.)

but seriously, I recommend walking into jcpennys for clothing. it is a great place to shop. ;) ;) ;)

My fav online site is rosegal.com (They have plus size that is every bit as cute as those for the skinny girls)

The secret is to shop already dressed female and admit to the sales person that you are shopping for yourself. Then you quit becoming a perv and become a customer.
