Hello, I'm Van. I'm a trans guy in my mid-late teens. I've looked around this site before, but I figured I'd make an account to meet some other people like me. I've known I was transgender for roughly three or so years, and have struggled with dysphoria since I was 4-5. I look forward to being a part of this community!

I'm so glad you have decided join us.
If you haven't already, a good step for you would be to seek out counseling with a gender therapist.  They can be of great help in finding the best route in finding yourself.

I see your new here, so I'll post some links that may help you get better acquainted with the site. Pay attention to the site rules they can be of great help and don't forget the link highlighted red.  It has answers to questions that are commonly asked.  Then join in on a topic you find interesting and learn and share.

I see that our beautiful and very smart member @Jessica has already sent you an official welcome message here on this tread that you just posted on.

Please allow me to also WELCOME you to Susan's Place.  You will find this a safe and friendly place to share with others  and to read about others similar trials, tribulations, and successes.
It is nice that you have signed up so you can share with others and involve yourself with some give and take with other members.
When frustrated or if you have successes you can share it here if you wish and receive support from others and offer support to others. ....

One other thing, Van, that I need to tell you, since you are in your teens and one of our younger members ...
you might also want to go to and get involved in the "Youth Talk Forums" here on Susan's Place.   
 
On that Forums section there is also a "Youth Introduction" section that you can introduce yourself there to let other young members know that you have joined Susan's Place.

There you will find other young member about your age that you can share you similar thoughts and stories with. 
Please explore all the Forum topics available here and feel free, as you are comfortable doing, to get involved as much as you want... post new topics that are of specific interest to you and start your own conversations with other like-minded members here.
