I am now half way through my 2nd month of estradiol (day 45) .  yay!  The dosage has increased 50% from last month (not sharing exact mg to be in accordance with the rules here). Next month it goes up again and then I have my next endo appointment after the 3rd month to schedule another round of bloodwork and checkup. THis all seems like a common starting point for many.  I am not taking anything else  HRT or otherwise.

Taking equal dosage 12 hours apart (8AM, 8PM) under the tongue.

I hope this experience is ok to post here to get some feedback:

On my 2nd day of starting E, I noticed this interesting "pulsing" feel coming generally from within maybe somewhere between where my prostate is and my sphincter. At first, I thought it was just my body telling me "hey, something new is in the blood and not sure what to make of it, but it seems OK, send more of that down here."

This happened about 90 minutes after the morning dose and continued for the first two weeks each time as well as during the evening dose. After two weeks, this feeling went away and I sort of missed it.

I take my AM dose before food and drink a glass of water 15 minutes before I take E.  The evening dose, I take about 60 minutes after dinner.

When I went to the 2nd month schedule, that "pulse" feel returned.

This feeling only lasts for maybe 30 minutes and does not feel like I have to make a #2 or anything, but somehow just feels like something is changing inside me.

Has anyone had a similar "feel"?

Other notes:

On day 32 to 34, I was very moody and felt like the world was against me.  Was this my first "period"?  :)

Noticing some physical changes, although small, but this "pulsing" feel seems to be the most fun so far aside from my pants fitting just a bit better.
