However, under the umbrella title "Ending 21st Century Discrimination" in his Issues section, LGBT-related discrimination ranks four out of the top six problems, including support for the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, the federal hate crimes act (though he does not specifically include gender identity), and ending the military's antigay "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, which he calls "ridiculous."
