Thank you for sharing your thoughts here.... and re-introducing yourself.
I see that you mentioned that you were a member of Susan's Place in the past so hopefully you are finding your way around the site.

Hi Robyn. I am going to suggest a report from Anne Vitale PhD, which I will link here. It explained a lot for me and made it easier to deal with all my feelings. It especially was helpful in explaining to my wife. It helped her understand that it was not a spur of the moment decision. That we are born this way.
