My mother is awesome

Today when I got home from work I found a package from my mother.in it was a 15 page guide she wrote about finding my style, a copy of "color me beautiful," some bracelets, and some layering tops. A few months ago she was having a lot of trouble with the idea of me transitioning, I'm glad that she's come so far, it really means a lot to me.

I thought I'd share some good news here, I hope everyone else is having a good day.

That's so awesome! I've gotten support from my family, but nothing like that. Your mother is a treasure! Unfortunately my mom passed away before I came out so she never got a chance to know the real me.

Thank you everyone, I'm well aware of how lucky I am. Needless to say, I cried a little last night when I opened it.

She taught me a lot of girl things since forever.
She even taught me girl things about boys.
My older Sis helped a lot too, she taught me things that Mama was too cautious to mention.
