Hi to everybody!

I'm Daria, 23, pre-OP and 10 months on HRT. I've registered here for choosing a surgeon.

Unfortunately, one can't find studies about the most important thing to me and that's sensation. I always heard that patients from Dr. Suporn have a very good sensation and are quite happy with the results as well.

I was always wondering if there is any neo vagina that can be fisted. I heard from all trans women I met that it's not possible and it won't with any operation currently available. But is that really true? Is it true that with a Sigmoid Colon one has more depth and maybe also width?

So the most important things are for me (top is most important):
1) Sensation
2) Size (Diameter to about 8cm, Depth at least 16cm)
3) Look
4) Lubrication (I'll need lube either way, women need lube for fisting too)

I can travel all around the world and my private health insurance would pay probably every surgeon in the world, so money isn't important as well.

I hope this is not too much information for the introduction, maybe I should ask in the Surgery Forum. I already have a scheduled date with Dr. Suporn on 29th January 2019, but because size is quite important to me, I'll cancel the date maybe.

Hello & welcome! I didn't see that you got your question answered but because it's old I have the answer to, allow me to say that yes,  it's possible to get a vagina that can be fisted. Not mine. A woman in my community though was happy to show off her photo of her girlfriend's fist inside.
