It is always a nice thing to see, when a member finally changes their Avatar/Profile picture to a real picture of themselves....  not only good for you, but good for your followers as well.   As time goes by and you continue to feel more confident about yourself and your transition you will possibly feel comfortable posting more of your pictures on the forums if you feel so led.
