Dear Stephaniec,

  Thank you for bringing this death to our attention.  I was unable to determine from the law enforcement statments whether they believed a serial killer was (at least partially) responsible, or whether they believed that the deaths were unrelated. 

  I would appreciate your letting us know if there are any similar additional deaths in the area.
