Depends how good you can fake it to make your body believe you are!  I assume your ex wife did not fake her pregnancy?  Otherwise, ask her how she did it!

I've heard of a couple of ways. Using a heating pad then massaging them, or breast pumping. I've read that using a heat pad works and had a couple girls tell me that pumping works.

A member on a German Trans forum I am on, says that she got decent B sized cups from just pumping with vacuum pumps.  She tries to avoid all medications.  She pumps every day for quite some time.  It makes sense, because pumping increases the blood flow, and thus brings nutrition to the tissue, and at the same time stretches the skin on top of the underlying tissue.
I don't know if tose breasts are like our naturally grown breasts, with the developed mammary glands, nerve connections etc, or if they are just skin extension with fatty tissue underneath.  If the later is the case, one could produce such a "bump" at any place of ones body

I think it is a long stretch to take a stick of bamboo and create a fiber out of it that can be spun and woven, and still call it organic!

The only process that I know (from my bio-chemistry classes) that can be sued for this is the one pretty much the same which is used to make rayon (from aspen trees).  They have to make pulp out of it, and treat it with a million different chemicals to end up with a mass that can be spun!.  I don't believe there is much of any organic stuff left after that!

You must have pretty large girls after that!  How does the weight feel?

I am currently a B, or a A cup (depending and bandwidth), I do not feel any weight from them.  But I am also used to it, because they started to grow about 5 years ago.  But adding all of a sudden the weight of  800 cc's of silicone paste to my chest, would definitely feel different!  Both, my mother and my sister had D cups, and they always complained about the weight.  I hope that my breast growth will stop with a C cup, and you added all that stuff on top of it!

My left breast was most of the time almost a cup size larger than my right one.  It seems that now the right one tries to play catch up.  I looked a little closer last night and found that both of them have almost the same size now.

Is anybody of you experiencing this, too?  One breasts noticeable larger than the other, and all of a sudden the other plays catch up?

It might be that HRT is now giving my right girl a better chance to be a decent breast.
I have this difference in size for about wo years now (prior to ever hearing about HRT), and now estrogen seems to help out the right girl a little!
