Hello everyone,

My name is Kristijna, I am new here. I am 19 years old and from The Netherlands. I am a transwoman and am currently 4 1/2 months on HRT. I realized I was transgender when I was 16. Only a few months later (had turned 17 already) I came out to my parents and I started a very long process (2.5 years) of hospital appointments before they finally let me start HRT. It was very frustrating to have to wait so long, because I was still in puberty back then and thinking about the changes I could still get from testosterone made me worry a lot. Fortunately, testosterone hasn't done much since then, except for some more facial and body hair, but that is still very minimal.
Anyway, I'm glad to finally be on estrogen and so far, for 4 months, I am arleady very happy with the results I'm seeing.

Apart from all that, I am currently in uni studying for my bachelor in archaeology. I hope to one day get my master as well, and I am planning on doing a research master as well in anthropology. I hope to find a combination of archaeological anthropology and forensic anthropology.

Oh and I like animals, especially cats <3

Welcome Kristijna. Congratulations on finally pursuing your needs. It must have been hard waiting for others to agree to what you already knew. At 19, you're still ahead of the curve though .. enjoy it
