Hi I'm Sadie, I'm in my mid 20s and I've been on HRT for a couple years but recently became more interested in SRS where I wasn't before, and this forum kept showing up in my related google searches so I thought it seemed like a good place for advice! I live in the south which is not the best place for us and I'm hoping to be able to move northward to at least say, Virginia? That's about the most tolerant place in the south as far as i can figure. I'm also very bad at introductions!

Sorry I don't have answers you're looking for about surgery or places in USA, but still I'm glad to meet you here and wish you find the way to solve your problems

There are at least parts of Florida that seem reasonable for us.  My roommate is from there, and in fact is in Miami right now for her GCS with Dr. Salgado.

Now I bet someone tells me that Florida isn't part of the South, it's southern New York...
