So I'm 1 month into hrt officially. Break down of what's going on:

First, my boob hurts, left one especially, like a stupid amount, seems lefty is all about let's grow lol
Second, too much smell, boy b.o. is super gross, why am I smelling it hard?!
Third I feel tired like all the time, used to having my strength sapped from the kid, but this is something else.
Fourth, I pee too much
Fifth, just applied fake nails. Hopebi dont have to see anyone this weekend. So in the closet when it comes to everyone else, but this it for me.
Sixth, I haven't been depressed in a few months now, like I'm legit happy, never thought I'd be there...

Congratulations on your start. Don't worry, your energy will cone back in a month or so, once you adjust. You may need to get used to the constant urination if it's Spiro... but for some they level out. I have been off Spiro for a while and still have to pee all the time.
At what point did my life go Looney Tunes? How did it happen? Who's to blame?... Batman, that's who. Batman! It's always been Batman! Ruining my life, spoiling my fun! >:-)

These are typical in the beginning for many.
My boobs started early too with what felt like tightness throughout my chest, soon to be replaced by itchy, achy, tender, sore, throbbing, tingling and growth.  That hasn't stopped.
The odor of my pee changed, but not my bo.
And Spiro definitely can have the effect of increased urination.
The nicest surprise was the good mood.

All these changes are an individual experience.  One thing to remember is YMMV, "your mileage may vary", everyone is different.

Congratulations on a successful first month of HRT!

Boobs hurting is good.  Asymmetrical growth is normal.  It will even out eventually.
Tiredness is a sign of reduced testosterone.  That's good.  Wait until you find that everyday objects have suddenly increased in weight! ;)
Peeing a lot is normal on spiro.  Make sure you drink enough water to keep your fluids up.  When you stand up, do it slowly, so your blood pressure has time to adjust.
You can be as out or not as you wish.  This journey is all about being yourself.

Being happy ... that rates a SQUEEEEE!  That's why we do this.

As other members already responded,
consider all this good news and these are indicators that your HRT is working!!!

You don't have to do too much reading of the various threads and posts around the forums to find out more about what you will be experiencing with HRT.

Wishing you well on your journey...

@StealthStilettos
Please allow me to share some of my thoughts with you as your HRT journey continues.

First and foremost, you should indeed feel happy....  for what is happening can be quite normal.

The transition journey is indeed exciting but the road can also be full of potholes and frustration... that is where this Forum can be helpful as you share your experiences with us.  In your good times we will rejoice with you and in your not so good times we will be there to support you with our thoughts and words... and our virtual hugs.

As has been stated over and over here on the Forums on various posts, HRT will work uniquely in your own unique body. What you read about other transitioning members experiences with HRT most likely will not be identical to your own experiences.
Some will experience more significant changes more quickly and then some will experience less significant changes more slowly....   it is all up to your genes and how your body reacts to the HRT.   Your doctor will  undoubtedly be looking at your frequent blood test results during your journey to determine if any alterations in the HRT regimen are needed.

The adage that you should know about regarding HRT and how it may work for various individuals  is "YMMV"  meaning that Your Mileage May Vary.

PATIENCE is definitely required.... usually not much happens very quickly with HRT... but changes will happen.  Do some reading of other transitioners posts and look at many of the posted HRT timelines and the before and after pictures. ....  they can give you a rough idea of what you MIGHT expect.

Many times the very first noticeable changes can be felt and seen within the first 1 to 3 months...
For the MTF,  breast tenderness, breast bud lumps forming under the nipples and possibly changes in body hair growth, your own body and urine smell, changes in erections becoming less intense, libido, etc.

Without a doubt this can be very "EXCITING and SCARY all at the same time."   One needs to hang on for an amazing ride.  Some of my best and most appreciated and dramatic body changes happened at about the 5 month point through the start of year #2 of my HRT journey.
Even though I was able to very successfully pass before I went full-time... when I did go full-time at the 1 1/2 year mark I have been passing 100% of the time.  Of course that is just my own personal experience, I suppose I can thank my unique body makeup and my genes for all that.

One more time.... PATIENCE is required.   The attitude of many people today is "I want it all and I want it now" ... that will not apply to HRT.   You might want to re-read what I just wrote so you can get a good grasp of the details that I mentioned.

I will be looking forward to your continued updates as you feel free to post them.
Wishing you well,
Danielle

Thanks for the kind words everyone. And sorry for the wrong impression, I really just more surprised at how fast this month has gone. And its kinda fun just noticing the subtle things that are slowly changing. Only thing I don't care for so far is my increased sense of smell. Not that my personal odor is changing. Noticing guys b.o. makes me gag a little lol, and its something I would hardly noticed prior. And yes, my libido has gone down a bit as well, but not away, which has been nice to not be so focused on that part of life and I've been able to think clearer. So,I total get what everyone says when they talk about that fog being lifted. Emotionally I dont think I've changed much, haven't had any random outbursts, breakdowns into tears or anything like that. But mentally as a mentioned before I'm much happier and that nagging depression is disappearing. My partner said she's definitely noticed a change in my overall mood. So it's been mostly all good stuff so far.
