Hi, I haven't really picked a name yet, but I am looking into transitioning FTM.
I'm not really much for introductions so I'm sorry if I don't know what to say.
I'm pretty confident that I'm going to go through with it once I have insurance coverage, I have extremely supportive friends, my family I can't tell at the very least until I've started Testosterone.
My plan right now is starting therapy as soon as I have insurance, starting T, coming out to family, top surgery, uterus removal.
I know there's a lot of blanks I'm missing, and that's why I'm here, I'm hoping to get more information and advice on how to go about this.
I don't know if this helps but I'm from Pennsylvania.

You should become acquainted with the WPATH Standards of Care. Most medical providers adhere to these, because most insurance companies require adherence before they'll pay. It's light reading, I assure you.
