It seems after that break, I'm now consistently faster than I was before.  Next week I'm going to do some intervals and tempo and see if I can push faster.

Hugs

You ran very fast. Great!

Here I could not run for about 2 weeks, because of air pollution. I may run again this week when the air becomes clean again.

Nice run Barbie, I think I may have ridden my bike there once. It's on the opposite side of the Beltway from my house.

A steady progress!

Here the air pollution has prevented me from exercising outdoors. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.

I hate air pollution, that's not good, I hope it clears up soon for you.

The air along the eastern coast of N. America is extremely clean compared with Northeast Asia. You can run 24 hours/365 days.

When I lived in Maryland, I did not recognize the value of clean air. Here I realized that clean air is priceless. Here in Jeju island, most pollutants come from northern China. It is the worst in winter.

I'm not often in Maryland running given my job, but I take your meaning.  I just wonder what can be done about China's terrible environmental problems (this is not the first I've heard of it)

Sure, but once you get back down to sea level, undoubtedly you're going to be running 8 minute miles  ;)
