Hello, I'm Aoife. Well, after years of depression, ducking out of photos whenever I had the chance, hating every mirror I saw, and being weirdly jealous of most trans people I met or read, I finally just hit the limit. Now I'm coming up on one year since breaking the news to a few friends, and one month on HRT.

Barring a few incidents with my girlfriend's family, it's actually gone as well as can be hoped. I'd been lurking for a while, and decided I might as well introduce myself.
