A bit embarrassing but..

Although I've been on hrt for about 4 years, I noticed very little nipple and areola growth and started taking progesterone in hopes of it developing a bit. So far, I haven't noticed any difference.

My E levels have been around the 300 pg/ml mark on average and my T has generally been <20 ng/dl since I've been on hrt.

If it hasn't changed much since starting hrt, am I stuck without any hope for it changing?

Hi, I did not get mine to grow  on HRT either. About 6 months before I got my BA, I started using Progesterone cream prescribed by my GCS surgeon. I noticed some change before my BA but after my implants stretched the skin, I have very female sized nipples. The cream has to come from a compounding pharmacy and I paid out of pocket.
If I ever offend you, let me know. It's not what I am about.

Give them plenty of fresh air and exercise! That worked for me.

Also Google "Supple Nipps"

Everything I have every read indicates nipple/areola size to be genetic.
