How do I give reputation/applaud or is that only for staff members to do?

Hello Jai,

Reputation points can be given by any member of Susans (not just Staff).  You should see an up/down arrow next to your reputation points, click on those.  All points (up or down) are reviewed by Administration members.

Ok, I must be doing something wrong. The only +/- I see is under the modification log. Do I need to go to a users profile to do it? or under a topic? Sorry I'm a little lost  :D
