How would one read an astrology chart for someone who's trans? Should I treat it the same as I would for a same sex relationship chart?

I would guess you read it as if there is no gender involved. Typically birth gender isn't seen as like the most important thing, or so a few readers say. They know there are feminine/masculine elements in everyone anyway.
