Yes, Fantasia Fair. The Halloween party is this weekend, I'll be missing it this year.

Devlyn,

That P Town article you posted in this topic is nice.  The author saying that he saw no smirks from passerbys even for those who obviously could not pass was nice to read.

So, do you go to this fair and Halloween party most years?  Is this fair typically held this time every year?

Chrissy
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

That's how P-town is.  :)  I've never made it to the fair. The last three years I've done Halloween down there. Sadly, I won't be there for this one.

Last year I gave away Reese's peanut butter cups with the offer "Candy, little boy?" (or girl)  >:-) I wasn't turned down too many times.  ;)

Steam Punk. I had the perfect jacket but it was too small so I was stuck with this vest. This is what a 67 year old steam punk looks like. You know the strange thing was I didn't feel self conscious. I got a few goofy looks but all in all I felt pretty comfortable.

Alright here's me as Harley Quinn.  This was just before going to an early dinner and doubling the makeup and glitter. I enjoyed this immensely even though I was an awful Harley.  I think I'll dress as this each year just as a transition measurement

Bari Jo

you know how far the universe extends outward? i think i go inside just as deep.

10/11/18 - out to the whole world.  100% friends and family support.
11/6/17 - came out to sister, best day of my life
9/5/17 - formal diagnosis and stopping DIY in favor if prescribed HRT
6/18/17 - decided to stop fighting the trans beast, back on DIY.
Too many ups and downs, DIY, purges of self inbetween dates.
Age 10 - suppression and denial began
Age 8 - knew I was different

My costume this year is Cinderella from the live action movie. I spent the entire day yesterday cleaning and preparing my house for the party so my makeup was a bit less on point than normal. Oh well... all my female friends were in awe at my comfort in high heels... the dress was so long I needed them! Oh and the new boobs did a good job of holding the laced up dress in place! Good times.

And after everyone left, the host and her kids were ready for some peace.

Awwww.... Cinderella made for an absolutely graceful strolling princess.  :)

Lacy

I have never been into Halloween, but this year my close friend at work and I are going as Napolean Dynamite and Deb.

I would have much rather dressed up as the witches from Wicked. But I just don't feel like I can comfortably dress in femme until my body starts changing more.

This will be the first and last time I dress up as a man for Halloween. Next year, Beware because a more developed Lacy will be on the prowl!

By the way, you all look fabulous in your outfits!

Lacy

Hugs,
Lacy

She believed she could so she did!

The continuing story of my new life!
