I'll get back to posting shortly. I have been trying to update my closet. For being "full time", "post op"... I have very few outfits (thus the need for shopping). I have 1 bra, and one pair of heels in my closet currently...  :o I have a big shopping list started.  :icon_yikes:

Hey All!!!

I did a 90 minute solo speaking gig yesterday evening at the University here... The teacher lets me take over his Service Learning class and talk about whatever I want to convey... It went really well... Great teacher and a great bunch of kids... I came out totally energized so, of course, I took a selfie to capture the moment!  :D and... I am taking part in two panel presentations today at the local Junior College... Onward We Go Brave Sisters!!!

Victoria, for "no makeup" you are doing very, very well indeed.  The old 'bag of tricks' that you so expertly wielded might no longer be all that necessary.

(I know I am comfortable now running around with nothing more than a little eyebrow pencil to fill in a couple of gaps, and a little mascara so my old lashes are visible.  Two years ago I'd be spending a half hour getting ready to run out the door, instead of 90 seconds!)

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

Ive only had curly hair for a couple years, but For natural curls I use deva curl Frizz free Volumizing foam.  The pincurls were achieved with Loma calming cream.  I like minimal products. 🙂 General curl care is Deva Curl No-Poo and One Condition... worked wonders for me.  Best advise is to find a stylist who specializes in curly hair. There are a lot of ways to cut curly hair wrong, and only a couple ways to do it right... a good hair day starts with the right cut. 😉

Hey All...

This thread is moving like a turtle swimming in peanut butter lately!!!.. Let's get this thing moving again!!!!

I hit a new low weight mark of 132 ...  I probably owe the couple pound drop to a recent cold but, I think the last time I weighed 132 was probably in 8th grade in 1975!

Here are a couple pics of a skinny grandma to mark the day and get things moving again...

Molly!!!... Thanks for the kind words My Gorgeous Little Sister!!!... Cut offs and a tee or a tank is usually the OOTD around here for Spring and summer with a bikini underneath for stops at the beach for a walk!
