Cyst and irritation interfering with surgery?

So today I got the results of an imaging test, and I have a cyst in my junk that makes it look like I have a 3rd testicle. Prior to the cyst I noticed there was this skin irritation, almost like an extremely itchy rash, on my skin right off to the side of my junk, but only about 1/2 an inch. It's extremely sensitive to heat, anti inflammatory drugs help temporarily, and I am 100% certain it is not a type of STI. I'm fairly certain they're connected as they arose in the same area at around the same time, though my doctors seem skeptical and are dismissive of the irritation altogether. I have some questions concerning this.

Has anyone here experienced something similar?

Could this be a result from years HRT?

Is this going to interfere with SRS? (chronically itchy skin inverted??)

Any other advice/what would you do??
