What are some options for online gender therapy? Are there some people that do a good job with this and don't cost way too much? Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Perhaps, there is a link or a post that discusses this question, but I don't know where to look.

Lots of therapists do Skype work, and many work on a sliding scale based on what you can afford. I work, so my therapy appointments were full price: $155 for a one hour session. Try a local LGBTIQ clinic or support group for suggestions.
