Ive always been an immensely private person and once I am on HRT and the changes become so obvious I still don't want to come out in a big spectacle.
Honestly I'd rather not come out and just let things be until people question it.

I feel I just want to carry on living my life as I am now without telling anyone

You know best how to manage your life.  If you are able to carry on without telling anyone, go for it.

One caution, though.  Doing it that way means that, when/if you do eventually come out, it will be at a time and in a situation not of your choosing.  You will be outed by someone who guesses what is going on.  You need to be mentally ready for this to happen: know ahead of time what you will say, where you will go, etc..

For me, I knew I couldn't live like that.  I just ripped the Band-Aid off and got it over with, and now I can live my life without looking over my shoulder.
